<p><a href="https://nuclear-races.co.uk/nuclear-races/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nuclear Races</a> is the ultimate muddy obstacle course race at Nuclear Essex, with 15 years of award winning races under its belt. With 6K or 12K courses, there are over 70 obstacles on the 12K course, including the famous Deathslide, Travelator and Para-Plunge zip lines. Designed to test every fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mud racer, or want to push your limits in the endurance race!</p>

<p>The next Nuclear Races event is the <a href="https://nuclear-races.co.uk/nuclear-races/nuclear-rush/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nuclear Rush </a>weekend, <strong>Sat 9 &amp; Sun 10 May</strong>. Divided in to different races, there&#8217;s an event that every member of the family can get involved in.</p>



<p><strong><a href="https://nuclear-races.co.uk/nuclear-races/nuclear-rush/#adults" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Adult Races (13+)</a></strong></p>



<p><strong>Rush &#8211; 6K</strong></p>



<ul>
<li>The 6 km course takes you over muddy farmland, through woodlands and lakes, with 40+ exciting natural and man-made obstacles to slide down, climb over, crawl under and laugh through. Chip-timed with no penalties, it’s perfect for beginners and experienced racers alike, tackle obstacles at your own pace, earn your finisher medal and enjoy a great sense of achievement!</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Rush &#8211; 12K</strong></p>



<ul>
<li>Double the distance, double the fun. The 12km course has over 70 obstacles, weaving through varied terrain. With chip timing, no penalties and a mix of natural and man-made obstacles, this race is ideal for those seeking more of a test of fitness and adventure.</li>
