<p>Opened last month, <a href="https://www.flowtonomy.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Flowtonomy</a> is at the top of our latest Essex news. Not just another reformer pilates/yoga studio. More a destination. Hidden away in a converted farmhouse, in the Ockendon countryside, two sisters have created a space that constantly feels like a slow Sunday. Pop by the wellness studio for a class, and stay a while for a herbal tea in the Farmhouse Lounge. There are signature events and socials launching this summer, so keep an eye!</p>

<p>And there&#8217;s two in Essex! <a href="https://chaters.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chater&#8217;s</a>, Saffron Walden, and <a href="https://www.ginarestaurant.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Gina</a> in Chingford (we&#8217;re claiming this one, sorry London), which was also awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand this year.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/theenglishvine/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The English Vine</a> has joined The Green this week, making the latest Essex news! Opening early doors for coffee and bakery treats, and well into the afternoon for toasties, pizza, wine and other locally-made bevvies. We hear there&#8217;s frozé on tap too! Join the grand opening on <strong>Sat 18 Jul</strong>, 7am &#8211; 8pm.</p>

Hidden behind a bookshelf, within The George, Colchester, you&#8217;ll discover the intimate cocktail, Crémant and tapas bar! In Chelmsford, <a href="https://salt-and-cellar.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Salt &amp; Cellar </a>has opened its doors for everything from brunches to late-night drinks. We&#8217;ll be found with an Aperol on the terrace this summer!</p>

Having looked at new locations to expand in Billericay and Rayleigh, the booming business eventually found the perfect spot, not far from home, taking over the prime hilltop location that was formerly home to The Grove. </p>
