<p>This annual Christmas market takes over the town&#8217;s high street, which is lined with Christmas stalls selling everything from craft to food. Some of the shops stay open and there&#8217;s live music, performers, a Santa’s grotto, fun fair and usually a flurry of snow blowing out from the Chequers Pub.</p>

<p>This German-style affair delivers more than 30 Yuletide stalls and is the perfect pit-stop for stocking fillers. <p>Christmas in Bury is always a magical time. It’s set to be a bit different this year though and instead of a big fayre like in previous years, there will be a series of events and markets including new semi-permanent Christmas cabin stalls being set up from November at the Arc Shopping Centre and a Christmas market in St Edmundsbury Cathedral from 24 – 26 Nov with around 40 local stallholders. Between 25 and 27 November, there will also be a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.visit-burystedmunds.co.uk/events/the-apex-gift-fair">Gift Fair at The Apex</a>&nbsp;with over 50 local arts, crafts and gift stalls.</p>

Money raised from the fair is going to the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, so it’s for a good cause too. From 10am-4pm.&nbsp;</p>
