Say hello to Brentwood’s Nuclear Races, a multi-award winning outdoor obstacle course facility that hosts a series of exciting events throughout the year. Here there’s something for everyone, with Rookie Races suitable for ages 4+, family waves, as well as challenging events for adults who want to test their strength and fitness.

This season will kick start with the Nuclear Rush Weekend in May, a chip-timed event covering a range of muddy obstacles and with various age and distance options available.

Then there’s Nuclear Races’ September Mud Tribe event, which should definitely be on your radar. Suitable for all fitness levels, there’s 1.5km to 6km course options, comprising a series of fun obstacles, mud, foam, shallow water and more. The perfect event to participate for fun – or support your chosen charity – there’s four categories to choose from: Mud Sisters, Mud Misters, Mud Blast (mixed) and Mud Family, all in an encouraging and supportive environment. And Nuclear Races also hosts its November Fallout events, perfect for those brave enough to compete in the cold. It’s all about mud, sweat and cheers!
