This serene indy salon set up its new (and larger) shop in Barfield Road in the summer of 2017 and has been winning over locals ever since with its holistic approach to beauty therapy – largely inspired by owner Stephanie’s numerous trips to India. 

Inside, there are four private treatments rooms, three pedicure stations, four nail desks and a stylish little shop crammed with one-off goodies and gifts. You’ll also spy Karma Beauty’s very own beauty range ‘Glow’ sitting proudly on the shelves – a brilliant idea born during the pandemic. Each of the bespoke products has been created by Stephanie with the help of The Natural Spa Factory in Bath with a focus on natural ingredients, sensational scents (think fig and vanilla) and illuminating qualities. 

From reflexology and rejuvenating massages to gel manicures and eye lash lifts, you really are spoilt for choice when it comes to treatments. This Muddy Editor was treated to the amazing Karma Signature Facial (using products from the bespoke range) with hand, foot, face and scalp massage as well as two luxurious face masks. In short? Seventy minutes of pure bliss!
